Every one of our bases is hand-stretched with care and part-baked in wood-fired ovens, capturing the unmistakable flavor and texture of true Neapolitan pizza. We use only Caputo flour, a world-renowned flour milled in Naples since 1924. Revered by pizzaiolos across Italy and beyond, Caputo flour is the gold standard for creating a soft, light, and perfectly chewy base.
